This document describes the features included in InterPPP and how to use them. If you are not familiar with basic Macintosh interface concepts, such as using the mouse, opening files, or copying files, please read the user guides that were included with your Macintosh computer.
Understanding Text Styles and Symbols
Bold lettering indicates the names of items, such as buttons, menus, windows, files, folders, dialogs, and text boxes.
Italic lettering indicates text to be typed by the user and references the reader should turn to for more information.
1. A numbered list indicates steps you should take to perform a
particular action.
‚àö A check mark indicates the result you should obtain by performing the
preceding step.
• A bullet indicates an item in a list.
  This symbol indicates potentially useful information, for
example, interesting work-arounds, commands, and other
points of interest.
  This symbol indicates an important item, such as a solution to a
problem that users frequently encounter.
  This symbol indicates the definition of a term.
Using this Document
This document details installation, configuration, and using all of the features offered in InterPPP.
  Use the Contents menu to view the Table of Contents and to
open chapters.
  To print this document, select Print… from the File menu. This
document is approximately 110 pages long.
  This document is intended to be read online. Although it can be
printed, the format of this document is not guaranteed in hard
copy.
Making this Document an
Apple Menu Item
You may find it convenient to access this online document through the Apple menu whenever you are using InterPPP.
To make this document an Apple menu item:
1. Select the InterPPP Online Docs icon (Figure 1) from the InterPPP
Installation disk.

2. Select Make Alias from the File menu.

3. Drag the alias to the Apple Menu Items folder in your System
